Do the minutes expire?

Each pack is valid for a full year from the day you buy it. Minutes are only counted during live voice translation; ready phrases and offline translation never use your balance.

What if I buy before creating my account?

No problem. Your minutes wait for you and are added to your account automatically the first time you sign in to Tarjuman with the same email.

How do I top up for someone else?

Type their email instead of yours, and the minutes go to their account when they sign in to Tarjuman with it.

Can I get a refund?

If anything goes wrong with a payment or your minutes, write to tarjuman@academysenpai.com with your order number, and we'll fix it or refund the unused minutes.
